Job Title: Material Runner

Job Overview: Top Side Roofing is looking for a diligent Material Runner to support our project sites by delivering materials and tools needed for daily operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and flow of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials and tools to various job sites as required.

• Check and maintain inventory levels in trucks and warehouse.

• Coordinate with project managers and warehouse staff to prepare daily run schedules.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory.

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.

• Assist in loading and unloading materials and tools.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Previous experience in construction or delivery roles preferred.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and materials.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
