Job Title: Office Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Manager to run the administrative side of Top Side Roofing. This individual will manage administrative staff, oversee daily office operations, and ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize office operations and procedures.

  • Manage office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.

  • Manage schedules and deadlines.

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (e.g., electricians).

  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.

  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager, front office manager, or administrative assistant.

  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

  • High school degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
