Project Manager
Top Side Roofing is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate various teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Qualifications :
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the construction/roofing industry.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in roofing and construction.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certification in project management is a plus.
