Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Top Side Roofing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, communicating with potential and existing customers, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by offering solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- High school degree; BS/BA in business administration or relevant field would be a plus.
